Due to the perishable nature of our rubs and sauces, we cannot accept returns on food products, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your gear and apparel. If your merchandise isn't hitting the mark, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your apparel or hardware is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging; please note that all food items, including rubs and injections, are final sale for safety reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Processing and Refund
Once our pitmasters inspect the returned gear at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
